Very first experience was all bad with this Hotel. Searched in trivago and find this very attractive so without 2nd thought I booked it for 2 person . When we reached next day to this hotel early at 10am around and we known that the check in time is 12 pm . I came to the Reception,ask the staff to about my booking. He without much talk, ask me to come at 12 pm the room is not available but I seen there is 2 people already checking out from the hotel that time. When I again to consider for early check in he still not listening my concern and later he ask me whether I paid or not, but why he ask for this? I have booked on agoda.com where there no need to pre payment. The behaviour of the staff was very neglecting. Finally with frustration I leave the place and booked another hotel... So on this hotel have a very bad experience....

Worst hotel of Raigarh, Chattisgarh, Staff behavior is not good as well as their connection with oyo is inappropriate, I booked rooms for my guest 15 days prior with advance amount & at the moment of check IN they told we have sold out whole hotel rooms so we have shifted your booking to another hotel, and finally the hotel they shifted had no rooms and they were asking lots of formalities thou left that hotel too and accommodated to one of our far relatives. And the money of my booking didn't get refunded too.
