The experience was horrible. The locks in the rooms were not functioning properly. Most of the lights were flickering and there is no housekeeping staff. They don’t even pick up the used plates and cups which we left outside the rooms. It is advisable not to take elderly people there. The worst part is that the bill/receipt was not given at the time of checking out. The GM Mr. Mohammed said that he’ll send the receipt through WhatsApp which he did not eventually. The GM requested to transfer the price for the rooms through GPay to his own number and that of one Manjunath T P, which is definitely suspicious. Ideally it should have gone to the entity’s bank account. It is advisable to look for other resorts at such a price point. Extremely unprofessional in the way the place is run plus the unhygienic rooms are a major put off.

Worst experience ever had , they don't even deserve a single star . Food is not at all good.veg n non were mixed n they don't even taste good. As per the quote "Don't judge the book by it's cover" suits it really well. The outer appearance is good but then in the rooms they r cockroachs (soo many ) ..The staffs r arrogant, the shouted at one of us. After complaining also no action were taken . No alternate food or room was provided.

Our college trip to Resort Stayed turned to a nightmare. The room and washroom were unspeakably unclean, with bed sheets that appeared untouched for ages. The pervasive bad smell in the room made it an unbearable stay. However, what truly escalated the ordeal was the staff's shockingly arrogant behavior at the reception. This made an already bad experience reach an unprecedented low.

Worst experience i ever had , arrogance of the staff especially the one who is in the reception is their high light , uncleaned rest room areas , offenciveness and non washed with full of dust and hairs in the bed sheet . And the one laughable thing is their bathroom has exhauster but there is no windows for the bathroom . The exhauster exhaust and inhale the same air for years .
