Nice vibe. Professionally constructed. Tasty breakfast. Good service even at peak time. Dinner ok only, not worth the bill. Drivable road-needs extra attention.

Deleting one star only because of the location. It is located in the interiors of Kodaikanal, and the route to reach it could be very dangerous in monsoon, visit only if you're a braveheart. But discounting the route to access the place, everything about Cottages by the creek is amazing. Extremely polite and caring staff, beautiful view, beautiful rooms and washrooms, absolutely amazing food (only vegetarian though), and the peaceful sound of flowing water. Totally recommend this place, had one of the best stays in my life with my entire family, just take an experienced driver with you if possible. The view is so picturesque that you might want to spend an entire day just appreciating the beauty of Kodaikanal sitting at your room's balcony.

During a recent trip to kodaikanal, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cottages by the Creek. After facing a disappointing situation with another hotel that unexpectedly rejected our booking at the last minute, we were fortunate enough to find our way to Cottages by the Creek. Despite it being a peak time, the staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided us with a room and treated us with genuine kindness and consideration. The contrast between our previous experience and our time at Cottages by the Creek was truly striking. The friendly staff, warm hospitality, and swift response during a busy period left a lasting positive impression on us. We are grateful for their exceptional service and will definitely choose Cottages by the Creek for our future stays. Kudos to the team for turning our trip around and making it memorable for all the right reasons!

Cottages by the creek is just the right place for a calm and serene stay. We felt so comfortable staying there and one of the main reason for that was our host, Mr.Velu who was such a friendly and sweet person, while talking casually he gathered that it was our anniversary trip there,they surprised us with a beautiful cake and candle light dinner in their cozy restaurant which was just perfect. Special mention for the chef, we had Italian and South Indian, both were very good.Our room was cozy and just perfect for couples, it was a mix of luxury and cozy den.The management staffs were so honest and polite. The roads leading to the hotel is steep and a bit bumpy, but still i would prefer this place next time too. Overall, it was the perfect place for a calm, romantic, cozy and feel at home stay.
