My stay at Marriott in Bilaspur was truly delightful! From a warm welcome at the lobby to a seamless check-in process, the experience was fantastic. The room itself was a luxurious retreat, adorned with elegant decor and thoughtful details. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of city exploration. A notable highlight was the exceptional housekeeping service, maintaining a spotless room throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The well-equipped fitness center allowed me to stick to my routine, and the pool area provided a perfect spot to unwind in the sun. Overall, a memorable and comfortable stay at Marriott Bilaspur!

It's a good hotel for staying with family, can also be booked for some other occasions like marriage, birthday, office meetings etc. staff is good and service is also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott during my visit to Bilaspur. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day I checked out, the experience was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, the warm and friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, ensuring that I could settle into my room without any delays. Speaking of the room, it was nothing short of luxurious. The elegant decor and attention to detail created an inviting atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable housekeeping service. The room was always spotless, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Now, let's talk about the amenities. The hotel boasts an array of fantastic facilities that cater to all guests. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to stick to my workout routine, and the pool area was a lovely spot to unwind and soak up the sun. As for dining options, I was thoroughly impressed with the on-site restaurant. To be honest the stay is good. But the dinning is bad and the fact that they don't care about it makes it worst there's no proper cooling you can SIT and SWEAT no one cares and it's a regular problem there. Had dinner with family no valet for parking HVAC not functioning properly the food service was messed up. Nobody cares ! Don't go for dinning they'll charge you like a four star even though they can't provide service like one.
