This is a hidden gem of a place on the lake. Its every thing you can ever imagine in Incredible India and then some!! The staff treats you like their personal house guest visiting your aunt. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, great energy, and more. Great for family reunions, too! Can't wait to come back with my friends and family!!

The best customer service and hospitality experience I had during the entirety of my 4-month trip through India. This place is curated to make you feel completely relaxed and catered to. It’s no wonder they are a top rated hotel! Everything from the flowers decorating your room when you walk in, the stunning view of the backwaters, an Ayurvedic spa steps away, a full-service restaurant with freshly prepared meals, and the keen attentiveness of the staff makes it special beyond words. If you’re looking for a real vacation feel, Cranganor is a must. Jeeval and Amal were especially wonderful in making my experience as comfortable as could be. Thank you Cranganor! 🙏🏽

We had the pleasure of staying at Château Cranganor. I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, my partner and I were blown away by the stunning view of the calm river and the delightfully designed resort. The staff were amazing and extremely hospitable. They took care of our every need and made us feel right at home. We were particularly impressed with the fresh and delicious food that was served at every meal. The chefs really outdid themselves with the variety of dishes and the attention to detail. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the massage that we had for three continuous days. It was absolutely blissful and just what we needed to relax and unwind. The pool was also a great place to spend our afternoons, enjoying the tranquil view of the river. All in all, our experience at this mini resort was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail in the design and the hospitality of the staff really made our stay unforgettable. I will definitely be visiting again and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near Cochin.
