Well appointed room with all amenities. Omshiv from the Housekeeping department queried my requirements and ensured that the room was always stocked as instructed. Good service by him. Bablu from the laundry department courteously provided very prompt and good service. He proactively replaced a lost button. Thank you. Would use the laundry service again.

From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, I was treated like royalty by the dedicated staff and surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance and opulence. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff exuded warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcomed. Their efficiency ensured a smooth transition to my room, where I was delighted to find a spacious and well-appointed haven awaiting me. Luxury 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Food here is tasty. There’s so much variety for you to choose from. Infrastructure is really beautiful and something to look at. People welcome you open-heartedly. They keep greeting you again n again. Room service is good too. People are very polite and very considerate of their customers

This is my second time staying in this hotel on business trip. Services are great. All the staffs are very humble and always take extra care. I would like to thanks Mr. Abhishek Kumar from the laundry department as I used to call him at very late night after returning from office for my laundry. Food is of very good quality, very tasty. Only fish items were not that good. In room services are fabulous. On Sunday whole day I worked from my room and never faced any challenge with the wifi connectivity. I connected 2 mobiles and 1 laptop. One suggestion :- please change your shoe shiner. It's not at all user friendly.
