Pathetic management and service. They charge heavy for rooms but don't have that brain to provide service and maintain room. Lights, geyser not working, fan making load noice and lot of external sound from outside plus room next door. Not ideal place to stay. One can get much better option in this budget.

Poor experience. There are certain significant issues with this hotel. 1. No basic accessories in the room such as tea kit, kettle, tissues, hand/face towel, tea cups etc. 2. Big issue with hot water availability. They apparently have solar water heating, and you get mildly hot water only if you leave the tap open for several minutes, which is unbelievably stupid since it wastes a ton of water 3. Bad beds. Simply bad. Spring beds which make a lot of noise every time you move or get in or out of it 4. Bad breakfast. Very Limited options and poor quality food. Might as well not include breakfast if you can’t do it properly. 5. Understaffed. Poor experience across all areas because there’s just not enough people working in this hotel. 6. Dirty flooring. Some carpet type flooring that definitely doesnt look clean 7. In room dining takes a huge amount of time to deliver to your room, even basic things like tea. Probably understaffing issues again. On the positive side, It’s reasonably close to the railway station, airport and some market area, if ONLY that is what you’re looking for.

We booked Deluxe Room for two nights on April 2023 from MMT . Rooms are neat and clean and also spacious. Rooms are well designed with washroom attached. Room service is Good. Breakfast buffet is also good with many items Staff is very helpful. But the Bed is not up to the mark. Location wise is also too good near to the Platform and Airport. Room Price is 2328/per night (April 2023) Rooms : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Location : 5/5 Bathroom : 4/5 Breakfast Buffet : 3.5/5

"Mr. Pradip Kumar Barik" the receptionist of the hotel ask cash for early check-in and the General Manager support his unprofessional approach. It is not the end they do not serve as star category hotel's, broken amenities, shabby rooms , electricity not repaired, foods not served on time , room service phone always ringing no stuff available yo attend service call, from reception all service routes... if you complain they the ask clint to vacant the property at middle of night.. In short; very very unsafe for women clint.. unprofessional for all corporate clients. Highly not Recommended
