All Hotels are merely a piece of infrastructure made from Concrete, Metals and Glass. The only thing which brings any Hotel to life are the staff... they alone can either make or break a Hotel. During my entire months’ stay, Victor made my time there very easy, comfortable and enjoyable noting that all staff there are great. In my opinion, the two staff members who stood out from the rest were Victor and Angela Cristina, both being polite, attentive, efficient and friendly. Both are a significant positive asset to the Hotel, each having exceeded my expectations, made me feel very welcome, and represent the true heart and spirit of Brasil. A minor inconvenience/annoyance is the Hotel's Internet access which repeatedly drops you off every half hour or-so, then asks you to register and sign in again. Not good if you require continual Internet access for more than half an hour. P.S. If you decide to stay there, make sure you ask Victor about the Remote Control Elevator Door....

Functional, comfortable and very clean hotel next to a big shopping mall. A restaurant in the lobby offers good food and the staff provides excellent service. Breakfast has a sufficient selection, but does not change much. There is no pool, but a small gym on 1st floor, which is shared with Quality Hotel, the connecting building. It provides several treadmills, an elliptical trainer, some weights, a multi purpose strength training machine and free water. Overall a satisfactory experience with not much to complain about.

Overall it’s good, but could be better. Newer building adjacent to a nice mall. Slow, somewhat surly check in, where they couldn’t find my reservation, then slow internet and a couple of annoying things about the design of the room: one, the built-in suitcase rack is next to the door, so if you have an ordinary-sized suitcase you can’t use the rack because then you can’t open the door... what is it about Latins checking their brains at the door when they go to work— nobody thought about this? Then there’s a smoke detector or something which has a little strobe light that flashes about every 10-15 seconds, so it’s going to be fun trying to sleep tonight. Bah.
