Great location with mountain view. It was a great stay in this Hotel. Room are near nd clean washroom also good. The view from the room it is very beautiful to watch mountain. Hotel Staff was very supportive and polite. Food was Awesome. Breakfast was very good and tasty.and specially thanks to Mr Vikram.

This is the worst hotel and hospitality I should say.. cannot even give one star.. The room size is big however not clean.. As this is a hilly and cold area there should be hot water continuous in shower or tap but no there is a geyser in which we have to wait for 20min to get the water hot and then it will come that too for a min or so.. plus room heater charges we have to give 800 RS per day extra which I think is a loot and it doesn't work properly.. No hospitality. No service, they don't even provide use and throw chappal.. even the food they provided us was stale. Bathroom stinks.. no tissue soap dental kit in bathroom.. also they don't have power backup.. the light went for 2-3hrs and no one started the generator or I don't think they had any.. Also there is no road to reach the place..

Mr vikram g is a very nice person who made our stay comfortable. The rooms were great. The staff is well trained. Great service and the resort is in a very good location comfortable.

The owner Mr Saini obliged us with a last minute booking at extremely reasonable rates with breakfast. The dinner was above average - Chicken biryani, chicken hot and sour soup and tomato soup - but the service was quick. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony attached. One small issue was that there was no intercom in the room so we had to directly contact the manager Mr. Vikram for every need via mobile phone. But he was extremely cooperative and polite throughout. There was a long power cut in the night due to a storm, so we were unable to use the room heater properly. Mr. Vikram was again cooperative enough to waive off the charges. Everyone in the team was polite and courteous with us throughout the stay.

It was a pathetic experience. The climp to the hotel is very risky. Even though the hotel was empty except a few guests they still didn't give us the top floor( we even requested them ). We asked for a heater, they brought in a broken heater and when we asked them to change it they told us that this is what they have. It was -2 in the night and after a long time they gave us a heater that was partially functional. The behavior of the MD was very very rude and the way that he spoke was very insulting and derogatory. There were men drinking and vaping at the outdoor seating area, so if you're thinking of bringing your family there DONT'T. The food buffet was terrible and left cold. Hardly any waiter to take our order or listen to us. If this is how the MD and his staffs treat thier guests then I'm sorry but they shouldn't be doing business in hospitality. Based on how empty the hotel was in peak season just proves my point. If you don't wanna be dissapointed then don't waste your money here
