Poorest customer care and rude head of the place some Mr. ARUN. Shame on the place to call themselves a three-star hotel who cant even give you internet facility. We had a very long day and checked in this hotel. After getting in the room and we tried connecting the wifi, and we couldn't get a connection. We contacted the reception and they asked us to wait. We waited for a while and still got no connection and our mobile data was pretty down as well. We then contacted the so called manager of the place MR. Arun, who was very rude and didn't even had the courtesy to apologize. He told us that if we need internet we can use their space in the ground floor and that their modem is down and we wont get internet inside the room. So asked him what should I do if I need internet in the middle of the night for which he replied I can go to their offered “private space” even at that time. When I told him I am going to put a complaint on it, he told me to do whatever I want. How do such arrogant, rude, no-mannered people get to work as a manager. Worst worst worst experience ever. Just want at least some people to know this. With all due respect sir, I strongly doubt the person I talked to might be same person replying my review. Well, for the record sir, we find it extremely undigestable about the fact that just one room in the same floor or in the entire building-where you boasted that you had a houseful guests-had issues with internet. And no one from your customer service came into our room to even check whether there is internet problem or not and you say it was just our room and rest of the place was fine. How do you know that for sure without even looking into the matter properly. Not just me, I believe all of the human beings will get furious when your customer care / manager outlashes at you as long as we paid for the “3-star hotel room” and your oncall manager tells you-even being a lady I should come to your private space down the building even in the middle of the night if I need to use internet in your 3 star hotel. Sir, we booked the hotel room so that we can be in our private space. If we paid and booked your room to use the so called “common- private space” not just us-none of living souls will come to that hotel. And the air conditioning of your place was worst. We had to sleep in the opposite end of the bed so that we could get some fan and get some sleep. I dont know about other people, but neither us nor we will let any of our family or friends or anyone whom we know to ever book that place.
