Visited this hotel in the week of independence day. Don't know what's the normal rate but they charged 2000+12% gst per day. And the rates are not at all worth of the services they offer. The rooms r pretty small. NO GEYSER, NO HOT WATER, yes they say that you will get hot water but no one knows how. BAD VENTILATION, bathroom lacks basic things like shower. NO TOWELS GIVEN. NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO. Yes these are very basic things which u will get in any normal hotel but not at this so called 3 star hotel. Half broken Tv remote. LANDLINES DONT WORK. Phone is just for show. Won't suggest this hotel to anyone who is visiting Ooty.

Located in a peaceful locality of Ooty. The reception area is quite spacious with good sitting arrangements. Found the room to be nice and cozy. The in-house restaurant serves vegetarian food. The front office staff turned out to be courteous. Helped us in planning our local itinerary and even booked tickets for us. The hotel can be termed as a guest friendly hotel.
