Not recommended please avoid booking I visited here so I know about this hotel Room price:- not worthy ( faltu ke paise de rahe ho ) Room Condition:- always Smelling, bad Condition, need maintenance, Early check-in/ late check-out:- they charge 2000-3000 on the name of early check late check-out They don't accept card payment ( they don't pay GST to the government ) Service:- not good at all, not experienced staff, rude behaviour, they don't help you in anything. Parking:- you can park a minimum of 5 cars in parking in a straight way or another car on the roadside So many people booked a hotel and cancelled the bookings after checking the review and condition of the hotel In simple please don't visit there are so many premium properties in Goa

The overall experience was fine which includes food quality & washrooms, but we requested the hotel staff multiple times that we will be checking out early in the morning so we need to get something for breakfast like bread & butter which is readymade as we already had made payment for the breakfast but even after informing the staff, we were told that the staff was sleeping 6 in the morning. I asked if we can get back money or compensate with lunch, but the staff informed that breakfast will be given in the morning. The request was taken lightly & was not actioned. So even after making the payment we could not get the breakfast, which was not a good experience.

Worst place to stay in wherein service hospitality is horrible. Hotel staffs are like 1 or 2 years professionals wherein they dont know how to extend service. Dinner isnt available post 9 PM. Breakfast 4 items and in that Poha is served on daily basis Room cleaning isnt done on daily basis you need to request then only It'd be done. Pricing wise way way costly. Not at all advisable to stay.

this was one of the worst experiences we've had. the service was more than PATHETIC. The lady who sits in the reception lobby is extremely rude. the staff is not quite cooperative and NOT WELL TRAINED . THE towels given to us were torn. the refused to give us extra plates and spoons for the room service. they had also put up false allegations on us saying that we had ruined their bedsheet with a stain. on confronting them that it was dettol, they denied at first. we then asked them to wash the bedsheet and show it to us which they failed to do. They were charging us Rs.2000 for the same . We then had to go upstairs and force them to wash it which then proved them wrong that it was NOT A STAIN. there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom, dead honeybees as well. I WOULD SUGGEST YOULL TO THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!
