The room we stayed is very basic for the money and their service is very poor and we had an uncleaned bottle jar to drink water which was covered in dirt and dust. Also they had rented the property for some sort of song shooting which we where not informed of which obviously ruined our day ..where they were shouting out and firing the song very loud till 3am which was very much disturbing and not letting us sleep. We tried calling the owner but there was no response at all. The location is great but would suggest another stay since the service they provide is very poor. The people booking should be informed if any function or program is being conducted in the property which they didn't is a big red flag. Very much unsatisfied 👎🏼

Not worth for the price you pay. I have stayed in a room which costed more than a 3k. It is a very basic room with a cot,cupboard, a basic bathroom with a geyser, nothing more than that. Facillities of the room is not the problem but their attitude towards the customer. The night on which I stayed, they had rented the property to a movie shoot crew, who had their shooting overnight. They were firing loud music all night which spoiled our stay. The owner was very eger to collect the adavance payment from us, but did not reveal a thing about the shooting. Also the price they charge for food items are way too high for the quality you get. There're not much options out there near this place, so they are taking people for granted. In my opinion, you can find your stay in some other place either ooty or conooor and visit kodanad in the morning as the view is the only thing you will get here.

Don’t know how to behave to customers. Asking rudely for identity card on check-time. They knocked on door 4 times for dinner enquiry even we told them we don’t need. On night we couldn’t sleep well because of other guests who chilling on outside partying, drinking, with full bluetooth speaker sound till 1am.🤯🤯 They told the price of the room, and they didn’t mentioned extra GST charges. Then the caretaker asked us for extra money for taking care of their property.

**Windows are jamed very difficult to open **Strong wind at night due to that room windows keep on making sounds **Food was ok not so good **Frequent power failure issue **No proper lock for the main door ** It's very difficult to sleep ** There is a mobile tower near by the stay and the tower is having some circular components are the top through which when wind passes makes a howling sound due to all this sound we won't be able to sleep properly at night. **Rooms are not worth the money

Very worst experience in this resort. At that time of bookings they promised to offer 10% discount of total bill amount. But they are not do. They always give very worst wrong commitment. 1. Room also very worst not maintained the room 2. Room service very worst 3. Only money minded people 4. Food also very expensive We had very worst experience in this resort. Please don't go stay this resort Very worst experience, they giving always wrong commitment. Don't stay in this resort. Don't come and stay here
