Excellent experience everything from welcome, check-in, camps & food was amazing. The tents are spacious and clean. Special gratitude for the cleanliness. The staff, whether it's the receptionist, front desk, or kitchen, is excellent. Willing to assist you with a smile. Jeep Safari in a 4x4 set up at staff at the desks was amazing, and the camels at Sunset Point were well maintained and returned to the camp. The cultural program was excellent overall and well-priced. Especially Thanks so much Mr. Moin Bhai

The rooms are tent like. All hotels are similar in this areas. Staff is courteous. Cultural program was good. Good to experience desert stay. It depends on your liking. If you are a city person then 1 night should be good. Their cottage is better than tent.

Most memorable trip ever. Excellent resort, healthy and tasty food, supportive staff specially Swaroop & Viren Chauhan. Mr. Bheem (Manager) one of the best manager i have ever met. Very kind and helpful. Best location, amazing cultural programs and outstanding service

Worst ever experience with desert gateway resort. We were provided with average swiss rooms despite of told deluxe rooms. Swiss room charges were outrageous and service is very poor. Rooms were not clean and even toilet was leaking and sink was leaking. Even the staff doesn't know how to treat the customers. Even if you ask for information staff doesn't even reply. Food was also below average. And the manager was not helpful at all. Please visit the rooms first and than book. Would rate 0 stars and wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. There are many far better resorts in Sam sand dunes Jaisalmer.
