At first, i was planning to stay at this hotel for only one night, but as me and my family, we are all satisfied with the service and room conditions, we changed our flights to stay one more day at this hotel. The hotel is really clean, and the service was also just perfect, especially Arpit, who works at the reception, the kindest. I strongly recommend this Hotel.

It’s a very good place to go for a vaccation. Ambiance and service was very good . And staff was also very good. The rooms are very much spacious and well maintained and food everything was great. We had a superb experience staying here..

Stayed in deluxe room for 2 nights and 3 days. Not well maintained, old furniture, refrigerator not working, hot water takes time to heat then also runs for one minute and then plain cold water comes. Asked for one extra water bottle then they asked for extra charges. We didn't get buffet breakfast because the restaurant was work in progress even though we already had paid for the breakfast in advance. It is overpriced according to the condition it is in. I was highly disappointed 😞. Waste of money.

The place is old and not maintained, seemed to be a case where management wants us to feel like it is vintage old and antique but they forgot to maintain. Furniture and fittings are broken or on the verge of falling apart. Restaurant non operational due to ongoing renovation. Google maps shows 4star Hotel against property and we believed the property might be good if not great, so we didn't bother much of the non-refundable clause. After we visited the property and checking the condition of the rooms we requested for refund processing with MMT and property, but they just kept on arguing and denying that condition of rooms is not that bad.

Our flight to Goa( south) was in the night so we were looking for a decent place to stay near by the airport just for that one night as we were anyway going to stay in some fancy resort in North Goa from the next day. So we randomly found this resort on google with an average rating and cheaper rates and booked it. As we arrived we were shocked to see how beautiful the property is.. when we entered the room it looked so warm and welcoming it was so big, clean and beautifully done interiors which made it look royal. We were not expecting that such a good place it would be. It was indeed a luxury stay. View from balcony was so calming. We didn't feel like vacating the room and go.
