Room having sufficient space and well arranged but Ac is centralized we have no control mostly temperature is high. I asked twice for towel and bathroom kit in reception poor response from staff. No WIFI and poor mobile network inside room. No having basic facilities like bathroom kit, shaving kit Attitude of staff and workers is so bad and rude not recommended

Not a place too visit, pool not cleaned rooms not clean, fan not working no dustbin, no food they asked to order through zomato. nearby no restaurant, its on the highway so lot of dirt and dust, Staff wanted us too comprises with everything but when we called up in the morning as we woke up at 9.30 and ask what is the check out timing ? She told us at 10 am , I asked is it ok if we are a little late she told you will be charged for 200 rupees per hr. We have been waiting at so many places but till now no one has ever charged for a little delay .

Location : Locating on main road, near highway is the only positive side. Function area : it's a pool side converted into function area. But there's no enough space for big function. Even, The available space is not managed properly. Staff : Unskilled / Semi skilled staff. Not even wearing clean uniform. Food : Food was ok. Parking : Few bikes can park near entry gate. But surely no parking space for four wheelers. Washrooms : Washrooms are available but not up to the mark. No cleaning and hygiene. Rooms : AC rooms are available at main building. 2 Elevators are there and properly working. Overall, many good resorts are available in Vasai-Virar region. So, you may find better option in same cost.

Excellent place to stop by with family or friends. It's more of an hotel at the moment than a resort, as it only has a swimming pool to offer. However, the service provided is as good as many 5 star hotels. The reception staff is very courteous and very helpful, taking care of all your concerns, in a polite and calm manner. Their prices are also really good as other 3 star properties in the area charge as high as around 4000/ day. Must stay if you need a place in Vasai.
