I stayed for the second time and the only reason I stayed is because I loved the property. It's just the front office manager is a bit arrogant if you ask for a discount. He does not refuse with a smile but with a stern look so please be cautious while asking for discounts. Also , they need to maintain more cleanliness in the rooms when i checked in i found lots of dust on the floor.

Today me and my family were at the Air dining lunch…. We were served excellent launch options in the air dining experience….Food was an excellent and fresh. The two hosts Ms Rhea Bisht & Mr. Yudhvir Singh were very professional and well behaved… They performed their duties and responsibilities highly well… Employees likes them must be encouraged. Thank you for very thrilling and professional experience-:)

Good hotel ! Good food ! Very cooperative and prompt in attendance staff! However, to make it five star, some amenities like broken taps in common washrooms overall cleanliness can be improved. By and large good place to stay.

The two primary selling points for this hotel are: 1.) The view you get of the holy Ganga River if you opt for the riverside balcony suite and 2.) the hospitality and restaurant/food service offered by its staff. The dining here is worthy of a 4-star restaurant. As far as the rooms are concerned (the actual bedding and ammentities), I found this place to fall a little short. The rooms themselves feel a bit outdated. The bathrooms are small and probably require renovations. The wooden vinyl flooring doesn't seem to be cleaned with the correct solutions, as there are reflective foot marks of skin oils stuck on them. The 4-star "luxury" appeal is completely non-existent. In fact, they feel pretty ordinary to me. Wi-Fi in the room was very intermittent. It would basically disconnect and reconnect in cycles while streaming anything on my personal devices. Major disappointment there. The employees here are very accommodating and helpful. They deserve praise for all the work they put in to provide customers with a good experience. However, for the price premium that this property asks for, it doesn't fully deliver. I would rate it 3.5/5 stars due to this.

Perfect resort to stay and take a break. We travelled with a 2 months baby and the hospitality was great. The resort is perfectly located with every major locations within 4kms range. It has its own cafe which has a great ambience. It also has sky dining which makes it unique. Price wise, it is little over priced but if you are taking a break after a long time, go for it.
