Had a most amazing stay at this hotel for 5 days. Staff was super courteous & polite. Food was awesome. Someone who finds it difficult to eat in Himachal this hotel was my saviour. We were pampered to the fullest. Entire staff was helpful. Wish I remembered their names. They went beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable. Special mention to Mr. Ranveer for helping us with few things. Highly recommended hotel. All the best team! Rock on!

The room of hotel did not match with the pictures uploaded on the site.When asked it was told that this is not available that's for the pictures. The bed cover mat was not clean and we had to put extra blanket for sound sleep. Hotelier required constant reminder to switch off the lights of balcony during night.food quality is very low.While booking the price was much high and during check in it came down much low.Recommended not to book Much early during occasions. Staff even needs to be trained for proper way of questioning to their customers.

The ambience is really great. Spend 3 days here, and loved the room as well as the services. The food quality is really good. Location wise is great too as it close to Mall Road too
