The property is fairly new and hence the rooms are not fully functional. The Air conditioning in the rooms wasn’t working at all and after several complaints I was asked to change the room. Very frustrated when you are travelling for work and someone asks you to pack everything up to switch rooms on the 2nd night. The staff is not trained enough to call it the Hilton experience and hospitality. The overall experience was very unsatisfactory considering the brand Hilton stands for.

Double tree by Hilton is not even worth 1 star. I had booked a room with this hotel & had to cancel the same due to a very severe medical emergency of the traveller. I had already intimated the cancellation of my room 2 days prior to the check in date & also shared the medical reports of the patient. On humanitarian grounds I had asked for a refund since any fund would help me for my hospital expenses. I also tried calling on their registered number several times however their calls are never answered. As a courtesy call even when I did not check in I did not receive a call asking the reason. The hotel is not even answering my agent Make my Trip calls inspite of their repetitive follow up for 20 days! I have got a complete refund from airlines & other hotels understanding the criticality of situation however such a big brand as Hilton is absolutely 0 in customer service & does not even care about its customers. They are only responding to emails stating no refund possible without even understanding the situation. Highly disappointed!

1. Lobby doesn’t give the vibes of welcoming , the staff are not welcoming neither there were bell boys to carry the luggage , no one helped in getting into the rooms . Reception staff really needs to be proactive 2. Rooms are clean , housekeeping staff are good , it’s a new hotel yet there is an inscription in the wooden cabinet , which I had pointed out to the staff . Very distasteful to find it in a hotel like Hilton . 3. In room dining service is average . 4. Breakfast buffet was average and few staff were quite courteous and few were very unfriendly, grumpy which is quite unpleasant to see in the morning . 5. Location - it’s right in the middle of a very busy market .

Nice new hotel but already showing signs of wear and tear! We stayed 2 nights and one of the 2 lifts was broken and still broken when we left. With the number of guests staying and no obvious stairs to use, getting up the 9th floor, and down to the 2nd floor for breakfast, or ground floor for lobby requires planning well ahead of time. The room was clean with good amenities. The spout for the tap over the basin is too short!! It was probably faulty and was replaced. But it is badly fitted and needs replacing sooner rather than later. Often these seemingly minor irritations makes a stay unsatisfying.

The hotel failed to deliver on basic amenities, with valet parking unavailable despite the promise. The culinary experience was subpar, as the food lacked taste and variety. Furthermore, the unprofessional behavior of the guards added another layer of dissatisfaction. These issues, unrelated to the stay itself, highlighted a lack of attention to detail and service. Overall, a disappointing experience that left a lasting negative impression.
