I booked his hotel as it is close to an event venue I was attending. To be honest, it was a huge disappointment. For the same price I would get a real 3 star hotel. Room was OK clean and big enough but an interesting smell was there. Breakfast was really poor, no complimentary breakfast and more over its online booking price shows many offers and less rate for rooms . So think twice before check in there ,not so many choices.

Service was very late, it took more than 45minutes just for the plates to bring plates and sauces.... Good however, overall good my regards 88.5/100... Not referal for those who are in a hurry...

The rate is reasonable compared to other star hotels in Kumarakom. The hotel is easily accessible as it is on the main road side. It is easy to get to other places in Kumarakom from the hotel. I have taken room in Dubai hotel many times. I am happy. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Prashanth.
