We had a great 4-night stay at DuckNChill resort and we definitely could have stayed longer! The resort is nicely tucked away in the northern end of Agonda Beach and therefore a bit more quiet. We stayed at the beachfront bungalow that had a direct access to the beach and really felt like it was the best choice. The bungalow was new, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There were amazing friendly dogs around that we really enjoyed hanging out with and loved their company at our porch! We had breakfast included and most of the mornings enjoyed it on our terrace! Thank you Ram for providing such great service! There was music in the evenings and tables and lanterns/candles set out on the beach. The music was turned off at 11pm so it didn’t bother our nightly sleep! Thank you so much!

We booked 2 sea facing cottages in the 1st floor for 2 nights. It cost us approx 36 k for 2 nights without breakfast. This was the peak season and hence such rates. The rooms were spacious, a wonderful open bathroom attached to the room which is unique experience. Rooms have iron board and mini fridge as well. King size beds. The location is at the far end of the beach and location is very good. Seems like a private , non commercialized area and that's excellent for families and those who like a quiet area. Susy who took our bookings was courteous and helpful. The negatives now : The sea facing cottages on the upper floor, have water pressure issue and our families needed to use drinking water for toilet because the water was not coming to the taps. It seems their motor is completely dependent on local electricity and they don't have a diesel generator as back up for power cuts. They did not have a plan b to take care of water issues during power cuts. For a price of Rs 9000 a room minus breakfast, this was a basic requirement that should have been provided. I may not repeat the property again. Restaurant: our families had breakfast on the first day and food was fine. Service at restaurant: The restaurant manager kept asking if we are having food at his place which was not irritating for me . I did have the mood to order something at night and relax but the attitude pissed me off. He kept playing English songs because one foreigner requested him to play it and when an Indian requested the same to play a few Hindi songs his response was, sir the foreigner wants to play English songs. I lost my mood and didn't want to have food at a location where we Indians are not given same treatment as anyone else.

Definately one of the best places in Agonda. Direct beach access and since it's at the corner of the agonda beach there's not much crowd too. Food is delicious and decently priced. Service is quick and flexible. In my personal experience, They understand that different people have different demands so they try to always find a solution. :) Also has a private parking space for cars and bikes. Special mention to Shiva ans Susie for being generous hosts. 🙏🏼

A wonderful little paradise at Agonda, situated right next to the beach front. I discovered it last year, when I visited with family for first time. Eversince then we had been longing to visit again. Here, One seems to get their own private beach feeling. Extremely courteous and helpful staff who will enrich the stay. The best part is the restaurant food with lot of variety and customizations suited for every individual. And one can just relax and enjoy the food while sitting next to the beach and enjoying the music of the sea waves and watching the sea Overall a very relaxing vacation. I look forward to visiting there again.
