We stopped there by chance on our way. We saw a pool and thought it would be a good place to sleep and swim in the afternoon.The staff was friendly but a bit slow. The room and the whole hotel are a bit older. We were only allowed in the pool until 4.30pm which was a bit disappointing. The food was very good and the restaurant staff were very quick. Overall it suited our purpose but I wouldn't go on holiday there.

The rooms are clean, but furniture is aged and has not been maintained. The bathroom is run down with cracks in floor tiles and rusty fittings. The restaurant was very good.

Horrible experience. They are not Bangalore affiliated Socials. Their restaurant is dingy and very dark. Only one waiter serves 5 tables. He made us wait 30 minutes and when I went to speak to the manager, the manager had so much attitude. He said if you want eat then eat or leave. Never came across such cheap service. The name Socials is deceiving. Please stay away from such a place.

Very bad service and management. Only one waiter for entire restaurant, tables were dirty, when we asked to clean he made us wait and dint do it. We sat on some other table and asked to take order, again he asked us to wait. And was just moving here n there to other tables. Made us wait for 20mins. When we told the manager, he wasnt bothered at all. Wasted our time. Very bad customer service. Unclean and unhygenic. Even their rooms are bad so just dont go here for anything. Better go to red fort or elements which is just 1km ahead. Red fort has excellent staff and great food and reasonable also.
