A nice property but needs more attention... can be better if minor things are taken care of... Food is avg. Cleanliness needs to be improved.. The close proximity to kalpa monastery n Temple is an advantage. The views from balcony ate astounding.

Owner management is very poor. It's a waste of money if you are outside your hotel for the whole day, you can book a cheaper hotel at Reckong peo instead. Staff was cooperative but the premium room doesn't feel like it. It was a basic room but spacious. No water facility, the staff gave us 2 buckets of water. Food was good.

Pros:- Amazing view Great food Staff is really hard working and polite Cons:- Poor management of the owner. No tap water, poor staff have to carry a water bucket to rooms (we contacted hotels nearby and they were providing the tap water). No bonfire, you have to pay for room heater separately

Location is good, rooms are fine. The reservations team lack integrity and can be unethical (spoke to Deepak/DK). I was promised heater and heating blankets in the room, but upon arrival they refused. After a lengthy argument I was provided a heater only. Also, a mandatory service charge was levied in the final bill on check out. This was not told while making the booking. I don't mind tipping the staff as they were good, but a mandatory charge should be told upfront to the customer. So , better to get everything in writing if you're booking with this hotel. Hotel Monal Residency could be a good alternative as their rooms are better and were giving a better price on the spot.

Best location to view kinaur kailash. Amazing service by Aditya bhaiya. They didn't have water when we reached them in later half of December as the temperature was already in minus, but they brought buckets so fast and rod heaters were provided they didn't let us feel there was no flowing water in bathrooms. The food here was delicious especially their cheese sandwich. And the view from their rooms and especially from their sitting areas is just to die for.
