The quality of water was very bad. It was yellowish and had a very foul smell. The problem couldn't be solved though we complained to the staff. Basically it was a health hazard. Besides the issues with water, none of the toileteries were provided and had to ask for each item. The extra bed was creeky and sheets were not clean. No wifi, refrigerator and kettle was not working and only one plug point worked. The restaurant was on uphill and is difficult to reach for some people. Only when we said that we need a refund the staff provided the vehicle. In minor cases the staff made up for the issues but couldn't solve major concerns.

Had a fun lunch with family at the Spice Bowl restaurant. The property is well maintained and the food was yummy. The service was overly delayed but made up for in terms of taste and quantity of food.

Excellent property though a bit old. Beds creak, towels seem old, room service is delivered on a bike as the restaurant is far away from the rooms. Not recommended for old people as there is a lot of walking uphill and downhill for breakfast or any activity.
