It's worth 5 star. Location, connectivity, child friendly, good veg food, rooms are clean & service is awesome. Special thanks to miss Ankita & her colleagues for their hospitality & hope for their quick growth as they kept service level high (it's a rare thing). Kudos.. we recommend people to opt this hotel. Hoping to revisit soon.

Great location and quality of stay. Very accessible to the city from the Hotel. The rooms were very well kept and comfortable. The most important thing to mention is the Spa services. Just out of the world experience. Very stress relieving and calming massages.Will surely go back there again soon.

Overall good, maintained well but we didn't find food at all tasty. Only panipuri and burnt garlic soup was good. We ordered veg platter tandoori, none of the items in that seemed fresh, had no taste. Morning breakfast had lots of choice but no taste.

I am really shocked to see a 4.4 star users review in google maps. I never felt this can be even a three star accommodation. There will not be sufficient basement parking and we end up leaving the cars outside the hotel complex on road. The washrooms are really smaller and ill maintained. The washbasin moves around when we hold on it. There was some party in the banquet hall and next day morning when we walked in front of the hall towards the breakfast restaurant the banquet hall was stinking with old food. How are they maintaining a place like this. Complementary breakfast gas very limited options and they kept some cut fruits, bread and South Indian food. They also kept some cereals and flakes but no continental food options. Staffs are not at all familiar how to run a service industry. They are not pleasant and courteous which is the most important thing which we notice in any accommodations.

Pros:- rooms pretty clean Access to a mini fridge Clean linens Well lite lights. Cons:- Staff made us feel like your not welcome here. They had sad faces instead of a nice warm welcoming smile.(or maybe they smile only for the white skin and people who look rich). The newspaper was given in the room as mentioned in the feedback ✉️ on the desk In our room the bell was not working. And the buffet breakfast was nothing to go gaga about. I wonder who ranked them no.1, with out even basic welcome 🙏 process is not know by the staff. And major of the room service or restaurant staff don't know English, they speak in Hindi. Anyways the room was booked by someone know to us and reget it.
