Location is excellent. Just infront of the panna national park gate.. Room, bathroom floor dusty and unclean. Wall not properly white washed, marked and dirty. We found atleast 5 baby cockroaches. Bedsheet, pillow and other linen dirty..They changed the bedsheet once but the second bedsheet was equally dirty. There were shoes mark on the second bedsheet. Tv didn't work at all. Hot water came after 1.5 hrs after repeated requests in the evening..No hot water in the morning....Bathroom door not closing from outside...House keeping staff are of labour class with no sense of service. One boy named Vikram kept the broom on the bed when he came to clean the room in front of me. No cupboard to keep clothes. It's worth is not more than Rs 1000.. In the morning we found one centipede in our quilt who took shelter for the night. At the check out they asked for only cash to be paid and not via electronic transfer...I have taken pics of all points and the same was also shown to the room attendant and also forwarded to the owner..Food was equally bad, we had to throw the packed breakfast....I think the hotel need to change/train the staff/or hire trained staff....

The management and staff is crafted lt aware of the minute details of hospitality and caters to the custom needs of the guests. Highly recommended to all travellers to “tour for the stay and not only stay for the tour.”. We stayed for one day and it was an experience that was served to us. The owner of the resort is very helpful and she and her mother were speaking to every guest that was staying there. The resort is right opposite to Panna National Park entrance. I would suggest people to stay here if they wished to visit Panna National Park.
