Absolutely fantastic hotel experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism stood out. The room was not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel's location made it convenient for exploring the city. Location wise the hotel is placed well. Easy to locate with many landmarks near by However, the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. They didnt prepare the rooms well enough to ensure bugs or mosquitoes are removed. They didnt even have spray. They only had mosquito coil. The biggest issue is that they dont have a kitchen in the hotel. They have one restuarant in their other branch in sector 29. So all the other branches scattered in the area are serviced by that one kitchen. So anytime food is ordered it takes more than an hour for any room service. They have breakfast included but they dont add tea or coffee with it. So it is just breakfast no tea or coffee in the morning. Which is odd However the staff was was friendly and were trying to help as much as they could.

Very Bad and Unprofessional behavior from the front desk person Bhola. He is very Rude and don't care for the hotel reputation. When i asked for the Owner details he said we are the owner's I think the Owner of the property does not care what ever is going in his premises even they are loosing the business If you want to run this property action must be taken against this reckless hospitality

Worst Hotel! Don't even try to book your stay here. I booked a Room Online And Paid after reaching the Location and after the Payment they said that are overbooked and told me to go to other location which was 20 mins Away. The Female Attendent was Unprofessional and there was no manager available to Report the Situation and the bad behaviour of the Staff and i had to go To another Location after waiting for 2 hours. Save Your time and book Another Hotel.
