Cheap hotel with very poor quality of rooms. Price doesn’t match the quality of the rooms.

This is a Cheat hotel...have registered an FIR against them in nearest police station in Mumbai as they made an unauthorised entry in my colleagues name in their entry register. This is a serious offence and the hotel manager will be booked under relevant sections very soon. Copy of FIR will be uploaded as a scanned copy tomorrow

Well rooms were in so poor condition There was no toiletries No blanker in room Ac was leaking water And mostly there's no problem service and cleaning inside the room. Seems like wastage of money for this property.

The property is too inside of main road, if you get autorickshaw from marol Naka metro station then you are lucky. They will not allow you to book food from Zomato, but if you order food by calling the room service number, the food which they will provide you will be from Zomato, they will book it from Zomato and will charge you as per them. So indirectly you are going to eat Zomato food but you cannot book it by yourself, they will it for you from Zomato and will charge you expensive rate. Now the hygiene part, you have to sleep with babies of cockroaches. There are many cockroaches in the room, and the room service boy who will get the tea and food will ask you some commission 30-40rs. 40rs of cold drink they will charge you 60rs and for water they will charge you 30rs , and will not provide bislery or aquafina, some weird company water bottle. Pathetic service, pathetic location, poor hygiene
