Worst hotel i have ever booked. Reasons: 1) Smallest room i have ever found with no window. 2) Worst room service, i called 3 times for water they didn’t sent, then i need to purchase from market. 3) Ordered food which took 2 hrs to serve as there is no kitchen they have a contract with some outside vendor, pathetic.Maybe swiggy or zomato can take one fourth time to deliver 4) No hot water, no soap, shampoo nothing provided. 5) No fire exit, walls are very thin you can hear a little sound from outside. 6) Hotel is in a bhootiya building with very scary stairs, no lift. If you want to waste your money then pls go for it otherwise never thought of stay there.

Good d atmosphere. Cooperative staff. But small rooms. But for Mumbai it is really good. Complimentary breakfast was not informed earlier while booking the rooms. It is drawback for us. Shaving razor was not provided. Hence we may had to go to nearby shop in the morning. Other wise okay.

We booked room from fab express, the executive with whom i spoke, confirmed me for premium room, with online payment same time..after reaching the hotel, receptionist said, room is not available and you have to wait untill they check out, we called that executive 3 to 4 times but he didn't even response the call.. pathetic, liar fab express employees, just to get reservation they make fake promises you'll be end up with disappointment only.
