Big cheaters no connection with hotel and once we reach from Bangalore to Hyderabad hotel , the hotel fellow not allowed and Fab guy not picking the call and no refund and no hotel change simply said sry and said they investigate and let me know in 5 to 7 days still no response and no refund. Don’t book with them they charge you before for 1 day for confirmation later no response and support. Called 10 times customer care every time they ask as first time and need to repeat same story . Recorded the calls and going file complaint in consumer court . They are big time fake no trust with them . So be careful before you book . My suggestion no to them

The location of this hotel is not very good. There was drain pipe works being done and the access road to the hotel is not good. Lot of dust and road works going on when we stayed. The room in itself was very mediocre. The walls were dirty and the bed sheets had stains in them. I arrived with my family and was first give a room which smelt of smoking cigarettes. We immediately asked them for a new room and they provided one, which we appreciate. But the condition of the room could be better. There was lot of nice and singing by drunk neighbours all through the night. It was hard to get proper sleep. They mention breakfast is included, but their kitchen is not operational, and they get food packed and given to room. We requested for dose but both the dyas we stayed got idly only. So don't have high hopes for breakfast. If you are visiting with family especially women and elderly , it is best to reconsider and find better hotel.

Hotel booked through oyo.When we reached the hotel at 12 pm they said that no room is available there.

The room was so too small to fit in myself with my luggage. There were bigger rooms in the hotel and vacant which was denied by the owner. Further the day when I checked in I had also mailed the photos and talked to the customer care on phone. But no one got back and I had to spend 5 nights in the same room. Fab sucks big time. First, worst and last exp with u guys
