For innocent customers, just to bring this in their attention I was traveling from jabalpur to Bhopal with my family, hence for overnight stay I wanted to book the hotel, I checked for this hotel on OYO app, I saw many reviews that they ask for extra money, Hence I thought to confirm this before visiting the hotel. The moment I called I started recording it, one girl answered the call and she mentioned that sir please don't pay the amount on app, first come see the rooms then automatically you will pay extra amount. I was surprised, and asked her then why aren't they revising the prices on Oyo app , she said that she has requested but Oyo is not revising , now the surprising part was , instead of lossing the rating and review the hotel owner should remove their hotel from oYo but they are not doing this Because they want the customers to come to their hotel and pay extra amount . Also Oyo can take bookings without the consent of the hotel. This is a bluff don't go for this. PS - I haven't stayed in the property but was very disturbed after seeing their response.

I booked the room from OYO but the hotel refused to give room on that rate. The service department didn't responded in night at 1 am, ultimately I was forced to pay more rent for the same room. Oyo has deducted booking amount and saying that I have not reported the hotel.Very bad experience.

It used to be a good place for staying earlier. Now they have increased the rates , but the room conditions are deteriorating. Many bathroom items are in bad condition. However the staff is co-operative and will address your problems quickly. With a little more efforts in maintenance it can be considered as a good place for reasonable priced stays.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is cooperative and they change bedsheets regularly. Since it's located in student area, there are lot of cheap food options. Bus stop is at about 500 metres away from the hotel and Rani Kamalapati railway station is about 1 kilometre. The only negative point is the faulting ACs. Most of the rooms lack properly workings ACs. But when you complaint about this problem to the hotel staff, they will immediately shift to you a better room. Out of all other hotels nearby, this is the most affordable option for people who are conscious about their expenditure on accomodation.
