I wish I could give negative ratings, our family has wedding in Vashi so we booked 6 rooms here, had to cancel all the rooms as this hotel does not trust family groups as well, it has a no visitor policy which applies even to family members. If mother is staying in the room, daughter can’t visit, no family member can come upstairs and meet their families, nor we can send any food or tea/coffee (their kitchen is also non-functional). I agree people who have booked only they can stay overnight but what if I have to go and help my dad (whos staying up) get ready. Absolutely a no-no hotel if you wish to book for families, functions or liesure.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and I feel compelled to provide you with feedback on the service I received. First and foremost, I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, I encountered numerous instances where the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me with my requests, and in some cases, were outright rude. Additionally, the level of service provided was well below what I would expect from a hotel of your caliber. My room was not properly cleaned or maintained, and I had to repeatedly request basic amenities such as fresh towels and toiletries. The quality of the food served in the hotel restaurant was subpar and not up to the standards one would expect from a hotel of your reputation. Overall, my stay was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but instead was met with poor service and unprofessional staff. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take steps to improve your services, so that future guests do not have to endure the same unpleasant experience that I did.

The rooms were good and room service is also good and allows couples and outside food is also allowed. It's located near the market and it's just a matter of mins to walk and get whatever you need . One thing that amused about here is the locks of the doors are fully smart censored works with key card. On whole it was overall a good experience . I stayed here for almost two weeks due to some personal work I think no one knows about this place better than me 😜. Only thing bothered me was the price is little high but I promise you don't feel bad. And the cupboards are so small can't even fit my bag into it , not a big problem anyways . Management is too slow to respond need to ask them for almost thrice for a chair.
