Worst rooms, worst service, Fab hotels promised us something gave nothing..we thought if it is listed with Fabhotels it will be good but pathetic condition of rooms and the executive from Fab hotels was also a liar..firstly, we'd booked 4-5 days prior but our booking was cancelled last minute and then there was struggle. Dont rely on Fab hotels.

Very very bad experience if one wants to get fooled by booking online. Rooms were not upto the mark daily room cleaning doesn't happen even the main door handle was broken. The bed sheets were torn and pillow cover were not clean. Despite having free breakfast option we were provided only with 2 options -- upma and poha, if we ordered anything other than those items then we were charged. Also they were taking a long time to provide us room service. Hot water provided for only 2 hours in the morning in a cool place like mahabaleshwar. No lift present which is inconvenient for elderly people. For different hotel services child labour is being used which is against the law. The hotel is difficult to locate for its inconvenient location. In a nutshell not at all worth of spending Rs 16000 for 3 nights in such a horrible hotel. So please don't be misguided by online photos and advertisements.

I have booked online through Agoda, but the hotel refused to give room saying that your booking was not confirmed. Please don't prefer this hotel,.they are very fraud.
