I wish i can give zero star. Booked two rooms for three adults however mistakenly selected 2 adults, it is clearly mentioned that each room has capacity of two adults and 2 kids under age of 5 years as long as share same bed. However, reception person rudely talk to my parents who were kept standing for almost an hour. They also charged 700 for extra bedding for each rooms. This is worst experience ever, they don’t have basic etiquettes to be in hotel and service industry.

The worst hotel experience of my life.The manager Amit Singh is single handedly one of the most rude, arrogant and downright disrespectful managers I have ever seen.I think FabHotels really need to look into the management and teach them a couple of things about the hospitality industry. Please do not waste your money on this hotel.

The rooms here are very nice and very comfortable. Each room has a different theme, which is very interesting. I loved the interiors. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Room service is good.Its pleasant staying here.

Cons: Room service is challenge at this hotel. After multiple times no one came to fix hot water facility eventually we checked out with unattended request. Again you have to order breakfast 2 hrs before if you expect to get it in next 15 mins and don't keep your expectations high for the quality of the food. Rooms are small thus you don't get wiggle room. Light goes off every 2-3 hrs it takes 15-20mins for generator to kick in. Pros: 1.Whole place is secured with CCTV 2. It has lift 3. Decent parking area Verdict: If you do get other option in the city or nearby in the same price range then don't choose this place else you can go for it.
