It was my life worst experience with this bloody hotel. I booked the banquet hall and rooms for my own wedding on 21 jan, geyser was not working so all my guest had to take a bath with cold water, room was not cleaned, jet spray was not working in hotel, there was no water supply at 6 AM in hotel and when we complaint about it they didn't listen and said that it was there, hotel manager mansukh and vijay they were not clear with all the things and they just want to take money from ourself. Service was worst and experience with the hotel and manager was even worst. They will be good to you at first and if we go and complaint about anything then they will lie. So guyz don't even think to take a risk to stay there or even do any small function.

The hotel was average, The rooms were spacious but the floor cleaning was not done properly, average toilet bathroom. Most of the electric plugs were not functional. Although the staff was very kind in their communication and behaviour.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience at Cambay Sapphire Ahmedabad hotel. Despite booking two months in advance and prepaying the entire amount through my credit card via MakeMyTrip, upon reaching at 9 pm on 6 Dec 2023, after a long drive from Mt Abu, I was shocked and dismayed to learn that they claimed there was no reservation. Despite our exhaustive efforts and arguments, they adamantly refused to acknowledge the booking. This was inspite of us showing them the MMT booking confirmation with the reference no. Frustrated and exhausted, we had no choice but to search for another hotel and we eventually found one at 1.30am after lot of efforts as all hotels were booked owing to the wedding season. This experience left me and my family very unhappy and inconvenienced. It seems Cambay Sapphire have absolutely no concerns about their customers and have been extremely casual about this incident as if this happens on a regualar basis at their hotels. My advice to my friends is please avoid Cambay Sapphire hotels. Thanks.

Very bad hotel. No management. Staff is just behind the payment. The rooms are very big but stinky. Washrooms are so small and congested that you will feel like you are entering into a train washroom. The whole hotel looks shady and dingy. I had to cancel my booking as it didn't look safe at all. Didn't expect this from fabhotel group and cambay group. I think fabhotel and cambay group should give a sudden visit to all of their hotels every year.
