Service was not upto mark. There was no mug at the bathroom. Had to call the the staff for the mug, for towel, for water bottle.

Not good. There's no functioning hot water geyser in most of the room. Almost all the rooms are stinking.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, everything was fine, but you will not get any food facility from the hotel itself. You will find a menu card in the room. You can order by calling on it, which they will deliver to your room.
