Not recommended to anyone. Honest review. 1st entered, the reception area was very dirty then the allotted room near reception area with full noise n no privacy. Worst part was there was a ply pillar in bedroom with a mouse trapped inside & continuously bagging for whole night. Also the hotel staff agreed to it that there is a mouse but it won't harm you. Horrible! Bedsheets wrere full of stain, toilet was dirty but then one person cleaned it. Also room corners were very dirty. Pls don't go on the reviews by others as we did. Its not as shown in photos. Also the hotel lift is not from ground floor 1st u have to go through 20 stairs to get to hotel with all ur luggage. Poorly maintained. We are in shock to see so much positive reviews about this place. Must be managed review. Don't fall for false promises and reviews.

Worst hotel ever. The rooms were not ready till 11:30pm, given the check-in time is 12PM. They took more than 12 hours to get the rooms ready. The room key/card was not working throughout the stay. Everytime we had to enter the room, we had to call the room service to unlock the room, clearly compromising our privacy. There is no exhaust fan in the washroom. The hotel staff is very un-cooperative.

I extended my stay by paying some extra money as the staff refused to extend bookings through fabhotels/oyo. I was getting some discounts through fabhotels website though. Room is quite small yet comfortable.
