Rooms are Nice And clean. Service is very good.the staff is very Friendly And well behaved. Food is also Nice. Very cooperative staff. Affordable hotel.

This establishment is highly deceptive. Disregard the ratings and reviews as they do not accurately reflect the true nature of this place. It is, without a doubt, the worst accommodation one could imagine. The room assigned to me lacked a washroom, and I was expected to manage without one. The room had an unpleasant odor, and bugs were present. Despite voicing my concerns to both the hotel reception and the owner, I received no satisfactory response. This so-called hotel is unworthy of the title. I strongly advise against staying here, and even Fab hotel is reportedly removing it from their list soon.

Location is in a residential area and they closed all the gates except 1. Drove around looking for the gate for 20 mins. No toilet paper, gave only one bath towel when it was reserved for two. Hot water lasted only 3 mins for the shower. NOT HAPPY Left early to a different hotel.

A BIG NO ! To Summarise: -PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM, BEFORE YOU BOOK / PAY FOR IT ! -Poor Room Service -Geyser doesn't work, no hot water ! (You need to followup with the receiptionist again and again) -Higher rates (You can get better hotels in same rates) -Very Compact Rooms -Fake assurances -Blacony Room is Trap. (There's no balcony but a very small opening, which they so call it balcony) PS: Fab Hotels should really look into the services provided by this hotel in Amar colony, it's losing their credibility.
