The hotel staffs are very nice in behaviour. You will get home cooked items which won't affect the stomach. They are tasty too especially non- veg. There is however need for improvement specially in case of switch board which is at the bottom part of the wall and more food items in breakfast. You shall feel homely staying here.

The owner and staff are very warm and welcoming, they go out of their way to help you out with anything. The best part is it's very nice and safe for women travellers. Location wise everything is quite easily accessible.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The staff is so gentle and the place feels like home. It was my first time visit to Delhi and staying here was the best decision ever.

To be very honest i am very much pleased to be here in goodwill hotel, for me goodwill is not a name it itself is a brand. Staff, managing body all are salt on earth. Service/facilities are very much good as compared to other hotels here in delhi. I feel sick at heart today while saying goodbye to such a beautiful staff and management body. I personally don't have words to explain all what I have during my tenure. Thanks for all #goodwill hotel
