Very small and unhygienic rooms with lots of seepage and damp smell. No toiletries and towel in the bathroom. Dirty, torn and stinky bedsheets and pillows. ill mannered, highly unprofessional and totally inefficient staff. I had worst hotel experience of my life there. There is no option of giving zero Star, that's why giving 1 star. Most of the good reviews would have been planted by the hotel's request. Don't go by the good reviews and pics.

Please don't book any room online at fab hotels. They are complete fraud. They took 25% of advance money while booking but will refuse to refund and give any room when u go for check in. Rude and fraud staff.

Kabhi mat jana. A big no no. Advance money liya pr room available nhi tha. there was no one but they said all 40 rooms were booked, just to make money. No refund or room. They asked to talk to customer service online but they won't pick the call. After waiting for hours, they still won't refund. 500 RS loss.
