This was the worst staying experience in a hotel. Here are some positive points about this property :- Location - Location is very good. This property is isolated for traffic noise and busy streets of a the city. Service and staff - staff were very polite and really helpful. They tries to arrange everything which they were asked for. Negatives :- Room - very dirty and unhygienic rooms with dark and dirty spots everywhere on the walls. Beds were dirty. Sider nets were there in the room. It seems room was not cleaned since a very long time and there were mosquitos in the rooms. Staff didn’t provided anything for the mosquitos. Even washrooms were dirty too. People who are considering this property to stay, I suggest it’s much better to take an Air BNB instead of this place.

Terrible experience. Bed sheets have stains and the room was dirty. The management does not care about the issues raised by the guest. TV was not functioning, lift not operational. Key card to the room not provided. I felt very unsafe and did not stay for the night, I was forced to check out immediately. This is not at per the standard of Fab Hotels, waste of money.

Unfit for staying. Sheets have stains and the administration does not provide any resolution to the same. They do not give card keys to the room. One person will accompany you to the room to unlock the room. TV not functional, no toiletries provide. This hotel is not as per Fab Hotel standards. Had to check out immediately.
