Do we have an option of negative rating. (Had to give 1star just to post my comment) Reserved the Banquet Hall for a family gathering and was highly disappointed by the poor food quality, service, and untrained staff at Landmark Residency. Despite expressing our concerns to Manager Mr. Umesh, he seemed disinterested, provided weak excuses, and didn't bother to apologize. Such a behaviour of the Manager adversely impacted name and goodwill of my family in front of my relatives. Suggest everyone reconsidering hosting events at Landmark Residency. Change in the staff is highly recommended right from Top to Bottom especially for the Banquet Hall along with the food quality and service.

Overpriced and rooms are with torn cottons and wallpapers, some times book reading lamp doesn’t works Bathroom could be more clean and fresh by adding some automatic fresheners

Very untidy rooms, food services only from 9 to 3, and 7 to 11. Dirty linen and bad house keeping service. HK staff barged into the room even after DND was on. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not at all worth at INR 7500/-
