The hotel experience was disappointing. The lack of ventilation, cramped rooms, unhygienic conditions, and pervasive bad odor significantly impacted the overall stay. I would not recommend this establishment.

Hotel is at a prime location! Rooms are clean and staff is prompt. One major drawback is that the Rooms are very small. A bed, a chair and a small cupboard is what fits in. There is no table in the room, which makes it difficult to eat. They dont allow outside food, so when you order you have to eat on your bed.There is no restaurant also.

Most pathetic service. Zero sense of customer service. The guys working there are appalling and highly unwelcoming and lazy. The receptionist was a dodo. Make sure you take your carpenter, plumber and your electrician along. The rooms are in bad shape. Micro sized (max 10ftx10ft) and all in neglected state. Cupboards are broken. Shower is broken. Fan regulator is not working. In one room AC was Tripping after every 10 mins and the fan was making noise like a diesel motor. No exhaust fan in one bathroom. Only one dingy light. Highly unclean rooms with cobwebs in abundance and big Mosquitoes on all the walls. Maybe the owners have forgotten about this hotel after making it. The experience in this hotel was equally opposite to the lovely one that we had in Jalandhar. The booking experience was nice till the time the payments were done in full. After that the person stopped answering. This hotel is completely avoidable..

Reviewing after staying for 4-5 days: 1. Location is good specially if one is looking nearby BHU. Assi Ghat is at a walkable distance. Good market accessibility. 2. Room conditions is okay not very good. Due to water leakage issue in the AC and all lights not working in the allotted room, the staff changed the room upon request but exhaust wasn't working there as well, so had to manage with it. Rooms need renovation. 3. Service is good. Room service was quick and hotel executives were accessible over call. However, no telecom service in the rooms and is suggested. 3. Food quality is not at all good and needs lot of improvement. 4. My request to Fabhotels to work on their safety and security system. One night at about 2:30 am, someone was trying to open my door knob. Upon frequent yelling by me from inside, it stopped. It was reported to the hotel executive and they casually responded that someone would have done it by mistake.
