Amazing location. easy access to good restaurants and eateries. easy to locate on google. peacful neighborhood. Rooms are good for the price. wished the bathroom had better fittings.

We booked this hotel looking at the reviews count (1000+) and based on my past experience with another Fabhotel. we reached the room night around 11 P.M. We got alloted a room in the first floor. It was dusty in the corner of the walls, window and curtain and mild fungal smell was there as the room seems to locked for couple of days. The bed spread was not changed it had hairs. Morning I called the reception for hot water to take bath and no one answered the call. Going down to the reception I found the boy was sleeping. TV was not working as they did not recharge DTH account. upon request , the boy got another STB and connected to the TV. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. If you are allergic to dust and mites don't book this hotel. They don't care for providing decent and hygienic rooms for stay. Parking space inside the building is very less.
