Worst service It’s a house converted to Hotel. Hot water issues Lift was under repair for a day We have to climb stairs no of floors. During checkout we have to use stairs. No professional staff. No caring responsive behaviour by staff. Basically it feels that the Hotel owner is giving customers a favour by allotting a room here. Owner don’t need customers here. So I think before booking this hotel thrice.

The cost of rooms is high. The cleanliness is good.. hot water available. Bathtub available in bathroom. Room size is spacious. Location is good as there is a miramar beach within 20 mins walking distance.

A Disheartening Stay: Lack of Hospitality, Steep Prices, and Elevator Woes Upon entering Prazares, my initial expectations were met with disappointment as the hospitality fell far short of the anticipated standards. The staff need to look a little more enthusiastic when welcomimg guests , leaving a distinct lack of warmth that one would typically associate with an establishment as such. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the pricing structure seemed disproportionately high compared to the quality of the rooms. The accommodations, touted as a boutique hotel, were disappointingly subpar, with amenities not aligning with the hefty price tag. The discrepancy between cost and quality left a bitter taste, making the overall experience feel like a financial letdown. (No hot water depsite following the room instruction to leave the tap water running for hot water.) The most alarming aspect of my stay was the malfunctioning elevator. Despite its apparent issues, there were no visible warnings or notices advising guests to avoid its use. The lack of communication about the elevator's unreliability resulted in a distressing incident where my child and I, were stuck inside the elevator for a long while, pressing the call button without any response.Imagine how horrifying that can be? Had it not have been for my family member in our room that I made a desperate call for help, we would've been stuck in there for hours. The absence of prompt assistance esp. at night, left me feeling abandoned and anxious, highlighting a blatant disregard for guest safety and well-being. The management did not even check on us after this terrible ordeal. I wonder if they are even aware their guests were stuck in an elevator with NO Staff that knew about it ? In conclusion, my stay at Prazares Boutique Hotel was marked by a distinct lack of hospitality, inflated prices that failed to match the room quality, and a harrowing experience of being stuck in an elevator. This combination of factors severely diminished the overall appeal of the hotel, leaving me with a negative impression and a strong reluctance to recommend it to others.
