Very disappointed with Fabhotel customer care as well as hotel staff. The confirmation email clearly mentioned 6 guests in 2 rooms for2 nights. At check in the they gave one room with broken toilet seat 'not even bothering to check before letting the guests in. Eventually they changed the room. The rooms were not properly cleaned. Not enough space for extra mattress. Third room had to be taken. Below average breakfast. Customer care refused to entertain any modification in booking for removing breakfast on 2nd day and 3rd person charge for 2 days.

I recently stayed at fab hotel om epic and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The pictures posted on Agoda proved to be misleading, setting the stage for a series of disappointments. Upon check-in, my son received an electric shock from one of the lamps in our assigned room. Despite reporting this hazardous incident, the resolution was slow and inconvenient. The staff eventually relocated us to a new room after a prolonged wait of nearly 1 hour. However, the issues persisted as the new room lacked proper hot water facilities. Attempting to address the hot water problem, I found the staff's response to be inadequate. They provided hot water by bucket, an inconvenience that further tainted my stay. Additionally, cleanliness standards were subpar, and the promised car parking was unavailable, forcing me to park on the roadside. Regrettably, I cannot recommend based on my disappointing experience. It is crucial for future guests to be aware of these issues to make informed decisions about their accommodation.

Booked Executive Room via Agoda but was downgraded and allocated Premium room saying in FabHotel app it was showing only Premium. Got no help from Agoda and FabHotel. We adjusted. Room was smelling of Cigarette smell. Room Size was small. Lift was not working by giving an excuse of rain and using too much diesel earlier in the day. Be ready to climb 3 floors. We booked room with breakfast and a the time of check out was asked to pay for it. Was not informed that it will be chargable while it being already included in the room price. Excuse was how can we provide room with Breakfast at such low pricing. On not backing down, one so called manager was called down and he agreed to not charging anything which was the case in the first place. If the hotel is facing so many issues, they should delist from FabHotels and Agoda. There was no no soap/shampoo in the room. Had to wait for an hour and follow up 3 times for the basic stuff. All the staffs are dressed casually and there is no professionalism. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.

Being a female they told me in the last moment rooms are not available after sometime. They told me to go to the other place but when I reached there, it's one of the best hotel and no security even feel like there is a camera in room. Again Back to same place but it was the worst stay of my life . Hotel lift was not working., Room and hotel was untidy and unclean, staff misbehaved alot. Food was worst. I will never ever do booking from fab hotels again. And I'll post this evey where...in every social media platform
