Very poor hotel, even Dharmshala is more better than this hotel, Washroom dirty, hand wash not available, hot water not available, mosquito in rooms, TVs connectivity not available, breakfast dinner facility not available even after informing and finally service staff is very arrogant...My suggestion don't go in this hotel

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 😕 THE STAFF IS NOT GOOD WE HAD BOOKING WHEN WE CAME THEY ARE SAYING THAN THEY ARE FULL AND THEY ARE TELLING THEY ARE NOT LISTING ON AGODA AND WE HAD BOOK FROM THERE AND THERE US STILL BOOKING AVAILABLE IN AGODA THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOU FIND ANY SOLUTION FOR YOUR STAY AND THEY ARE EVEN NOT TALKING TO THEIR SENIOR ALSO

Worst hotel don not visit if you will pay whole amount they will not provide services.specially reception person Ram Shankar yadav they will mislead you that all stuff are included after that they will charged for everything 🙏 plz don't visit

One of the most 3rd class hotels and services i have ever seen in my life. They Don't have any thing to eat for lunch and dinner. They have appointed a cook descent who dosent even know basic cooking. They have kept menu in an A4 sheet xe printou inside the drawer which few food names but none is available. We ordered finally for daal rice that also they said we ditn have daal. And cook said daal over all is not there in the hotel that too at 11.30am in the morning. Later they went to purchase daal from outside cooked it and gave us after 1.5hours. we ordered veg clear soup as it's simple still they sent us knor soup which was 3rd class old. They don't have cleanliness. First day masal papad ithey sent a red coloured burnt papad. We ordered finger chips which was oily tasteless and a cockroach 🪳 came out of the serving tray. So now you all decide whether you wish to book here or not. The washroom is dirty. No facility no services nothing. We changed room twice.
