Room was not suitable with us as TV set up box not recharge till stay, AC remote not working, bed sheet & blanket was not fresh and very dirty and toilet sheet was broken. We can not recommend to any others. Room was very small.

Service was downright awful. Had to call multiple times even for drinking water. For hot water, that was another headache altogether. Despite multiple calls and multiple visits from room service and keeping the tap running for over 5 mins(which was their suggestion for the hot water to start) things didn't get better, until they turned the hot water on centrally, which should have been the first thing they should have done. This happened on multiple days back to back. The receptionist always acts like they've done their part and only God can solve your problems now.

Worse experience I've ever faced....staff and service was pathetic..staff doesn't have manner to behave with guests...food was very bad.. room was so dirty no housekeeping dirty stuffs and unhygienic washroom.... Total waste of money..
