1. The staff is very rude. Even after booking months in advance, the staff did not give rooms and made us wait well beyond checkin time. 2. Owner Raghav talks sweet, makes promises while booking, but doesnt even appear or respond on wee time, and staff is pathetic. 3. Outside of hotel is a drainage leaking and flowing right at gates which stinks like hell. 4. They give keys and then ask to change rooms, and make us wait for hours without giving other rooms.

Carry your own water bottle, tooth brush, paste and floor mats. Most importantly carry a bucket full of water as there won’t be water supply in the restroom. You will have to trigger the sleeping incharge for at least 3-4 times to get a response. Worst ever room service. Even the basics are not taken care. They preserve the leftovers of previous guests, found lots of used items. Rooms are not thoroughly checked and cleaned before the new guests arrive. Called Oyo customer care thrice. They listen to the complaints, get the booking ID details and they disconnect the call. Truly disappointed. Please avoid this hotel at any cause. Especially if you have any early morning plans such as sightseeings and travel. Our itinerary got ruined since we booked our stay in the hotel.

it's the worst experience ever I faced with oyo rooms, this hotel property manager is not aware of the facilities he should provide to customers, it seems like he thinks that all customers stay in hotel just to sleep. even after informing the wifi and TV issues he still didn't recharge them, due to which my work presentation was in complete for which I have demo next day. they don't even have commonsense that now a days wifi is important than AC. We pay money in advance assuming that service will be as excellent as they show pics. but it's not at least up to OK level.

Beware before going. Unfortunately we booked this oyo stay. There was no door mats, when asked for 1 they didn’t provide. We had plans to visit a temple and woke up at 4:30 Am in the morning. not even single drop of water in restrooms. Landline didn’t work to call. One has to go down and tell the issue. Even after 40Mins this didn’t get resolved. No paste, water bottles provided. With out any facilities, I don’t know how do they expect us to pay.
