AC fixed at 16, no remote provided when asked. It was too hot without AC and too cold with the AC on to sleep. The bedsheets were unwashed and smelled like mold. Room also smelled like smoke. Lights were not working properly inside the washroom.

Very poor hotel not at all recommended for family.... My mother and son was in lift and current gone no backup for lift.... Negligence of hotel staff after I shouted thy were taken out after 15 min it was scary

Absolutely rubbish. They have just exploited the customer. Never ever ever book rooms from fab hotels. You will definitely regret the stay with fab hotels.. they are so rude to customers.
